AGC, in partnership with Mother Mary of the Church, Olmoti Clinic, and the Longido district health organization, has committed to providing free three-day medical screenings that include eye exams, dental exams, Cervical, CPR/ Resuscitation, and Immunizations for children/babies. Training includes delivery kits, and NASG update and training.

2016 – The Non-Pneumatic Anti Shock Garment (NASG)

NASG is a low-cost, basic first aid device used to stabilize women suffering from postpartum hemorrhage and shock. A woman can bleed to death in two hours or less, and in rural areas, where hospitals may be days away, this leaves little hope for women suffering from hemorrhage.

2009-12 Co-founded Olmoti Clinic

In June of 2009, two American women with long-standing ties to Africa visited the Maasai village of Olmoti and Elerai, located in northern Tanzania. They were asked by a senior Maasai midwife to help build a clinic to provide the women of her tribe with a clean and safe childbirth. Both women were aware of the terrible toll complications in childbirth takes on the expectant women and their families; it was a no brainer. Olmoti opened its doors in June 2010 and, as promised, signed over to the district government for the people in July 2011.

2007 – The Kids with Camera

2007 – The Kids with Camera the program provides encouragement for children to explore and photograph scenes that depict a unique and insightful perspective of their own lives in their world as they see it. Armed with only a camera, students can discover new and creative outlets to express themselves. In addition, they are introduced to a completely different culture giving them the opportunity to develop their creativity, building self-confidence, and gaining new life perspectives through the lens of the camera.

 The Midwifery and Clean Delivery Kit Program is designed to improve reproductive health outcomes for pregnant women and their newborns, targeting those women and girls who give birth at home or other non-clinic settings in rural communities and underserved populations.

Elerai Kitchen & Dining Hall project we know that education is power, but for the two-hundred and sixty-seven children at Elerai primary school education is life.

2004- 07 Gisimba Memorial Center (GMC)

Formerly called Gisimba Orphanage Onsite dispensary – The Gisimba Memorial Center is an orphanage located in Kigali City, Rwanda. GMC served about 200 Rwandan children who were orphaned due to the 1994 genocide, HIV/AIDS, Malaria and other tropical diseases, poverty, and abandonment. Today the center house around 150 children between the age of three and eighteen.
